DOGS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

If you are looking for an older Irish Setter we often have dogs looking for loving family homes,

they are not always advertised on this page so it is worth giving us a call or e-mail,

let us know what you are looking for,

if you are in another state remember freighting by air can be expensive and it is always prefered that we meet with people before allowing an older dog to go, these are more than just dogs to us,

we prefer to place dogs with people that have had Irish Setters before and where someone is home most of the time.

Irish Setters are great with children and make a great dog for a family.

They must become part of your family and be allowed indoors, an Irish Setter likes to be with you all the time

and they do not cope well just locked in a back yard on their own for hours and we would not place a dog into this situation.

When we are placing a older dog it is done for the dogs sake and for us it is always a hard decision, but we want them to have more attention than they get here and have their own family to love, get out each day for a walk and experience the big wide world,

not just the kennel enviroment that they live in once retired from the show ring.

The dogs we place are always very loving and have great temperaments.

Vaccinated and Microchipped she has a beauitful loving temperament

and just loves to follow us around and help with what we are doing. She will make a great family dog and she is very gentle in nature.

 I have a few older puppies and dogs to find suitable homes for.

All are kennel dogs that we have done some training of, they all are lead trained and respond well to training,

they have not made the grade for showing and breeding.

All dogs are microchipped.

They will not be just freighted interstate if you do not live in this state you will have to come here to meet the dogs and be interviewed to see if you are suitable for one of these dogs.

All will need to go to obedience training for socalization.

All my dogs are placed on the agreement that if for whatever reason you can not keep them they must be returned to me for replacement or to stay with me for the rest of their lives depending on their age.
